Easy to order, delivery was on time.

#1 in my book.

The customer service rep i dealt with followed up several times making it quick and easy to get in time for knee surgery.

BedTech was OK, but the information provided did not pan out regarding the deliver.

We bought the 12” first and it was a bit too soft. The customer service was very helpful and easy.

You need sturdier boxes

Needed two replacement legs. Went to dealer we bought bed from. Suggested order them direct. Nice. Went to website, saw the legs, but was unsure of bed frame model, so I called the number provided. Rather than transfer me to a body, said they'd call back in near future. Two legs, I wanted to order then. Left a message; still haven't heard back. Maybe message got canceled after I ordered the legs. Anyway, need faster response when someone calls for service; not we'll get back soon.

Your customer service agent just wants to talk a lot and not solve the problem. I have called him four times and I have not had this resolved at all.

To hard to get tech person on phone

Purchased pillow online, unfortunately I received the wrong model. However, the team at BedTech quickly sent me the correct model, 2 day shipped, and provided a RMA document for me to send the other pillow back to them. Thanks.

non-existent tech support

Ordered and it was shipped quickly, received, unpacked and let it expand 48 hours and put it to use.

I thought it would last more than a couple of years. Very disappointed in the bed longevity. My bad back needs it, but it quit now and I cannot get any help from the company, Bed Tech.

Excellent experience, very helpful staff!

Shipping and communication was great.

I am requesting a refund for the BedTek replacement remote I purchased because it failed to pair with my bed and could not be used. I carefully followed the provided pairing instructions exactly as directed and attempted the process at least four to five separate times without success. Despite troubleshooting and repeated attempts, the remote never connected properly, making the replacement unusable for its intended purpose.

Customer service is outstanding

No problems, Morgan was great and knowledgeable with my order. My mother feels safe again to sleep in her bed once again.

I found BedTech after trying my sister in laws bed while traveling in Arizona. I loved it so much I found a way to order and have it sent to me in Minneapolis. I used this bedroom as a guest room & everyone falls in love with the bed. Now adding these beautiful sheets its just perfect!
