I noted this in the review. Your company seems to expend a lot of energy asking me in emails to rate the product. But after getting 2 sep emails w discount codes, neither of which worked on the site, I couldn't get cust service to give me an answer on that. Put your energy into getting the customer satisfied right out of the gate, instead of after.
