I ordered & paid for a 3.3 lb bag of sour watermelon gummy bears, received a 1 lb bag. When I reached out to them, they refunded me the difference. I didn't feel whole, I was counting on the amount I ordered to fill up some containers I was gifting. I was told because of shipping costs that was the only option to refund me the difference. Not the best customer service option for me.
