Online delivery took a while because of bad transport company how ever TJM Itself went above & beyond to keep me informed & provide updates as to when I would receive item from the supplier. Stacy was the outmost professional & delivered the product as expected Only improvement for customer efficient service is TJM should maybe look at a diff courier contractor.

Took a little longer to receive due to stock levels but we weren’t in a hurry

All was well until the unit was not received on the expected date. Called TJM and was told that it was not yet dispatched. Disappointed but TJM tried to send it as soon. Received and works well. Aside from missing to use it in camping because of dispatch issue, all is well in the end.

I appreciated the phone call to update us on the eta of the mirrors, as well as them organising direct delivery from the factory to us. Although it took a long time for them to become available, we are really happy with the product. They were suoer easy to install too.
