Very disappointed with this company’s customer service.
I submitted a return request 3–4 days ago and followed up multiple times, but no one has responded. The request still shows “under review” with zero updates.
The issue is with a defective or incompatible trigger part, so the item has never even been used. I simply want to return it, but I haven’t received any instructions or support.
