The products obviously were not designed for my car. Nothing fits. It took forever. Nothing was in the box with the match when they arrived, and no paperwork of any kind nor the promised free items. Products were sold as custom tailored fit, which is in the name of your company. Obviously there was no attempt to tailor to my particular vehicle or this is a scam… one of the other.

Bought the first second third row mats for my 2007 Honda pilot. And the cargo. Front mats fit well. Second and third did not fit as advertised- didn’t even cover the space the old mats did so now they just look out of place. That’s after they got back to me three weeks after I placed the order to let me know the pattern I ordered was not available. Took nearly two months to get it all together- minus the cargo area mat that I just never got. Refund was immediate but no reach out for resolution
