when checking if I had an updated version or one that needed an updated gear/liner I was told that I didnt choose the updated one, when I showed my click on the site that said plus along with the order form that did not....I had to argue with them that what I chose may not be what I received but because of THEIR website glitch. I did get a quick reply and an apology, but the back and forth argument I had to do seemed worrisome about future potential issues
