I purchased the Neakasa M1 Lite through the website and asked to cancel it. They ignored me and still shipped it but before it was delivered tried to reroute it back to them and said they will refund me once it arrives back. Itās been 3 weeks (since Dec 30th) without a machine or refund and I am incredibly upset. I already paid $440 for the machine through Amazon so it actually comes so now I am without $390 for the M1 Lite purchased on the website for no reason. I am very upset and NEAKASA ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
