The online purchase experience was excellent. Website is easy to maneuvers, and processing was smooth. Ordered 12/17 and shipment arrived 12/24. However, I did not check the return policy; no refund just store credit. One of the products I received wasn’t to my liking, so to spend money to return, and then spend more on top of my store credit for another piece, wasn’t worth the risk. Customer service was quick to respond, but unfortunately, this will deter me from purchasing here again.
