I love the mirror. I like the workouts I get and how I can personalize it. I took off one star because it doesn’t always analyze my moves correctly.

Super easy to purchase, client support was super responsive when needed.

I have no regrets on my purchase!! I am so happy with all the products (the dumbbells, the bench, and the Mirror itself)! and the MAGIC Team has been wonderful to work with. They have answered all of my questions (and I'm an overthinker so I had a lot of questions and confirmations)!! I appreciate everyone who has helped me!!

Cool concept but not a huge fan of actual workouts, no modification for injuries and it seems like the instructors are yelling at you.

Doesn’t pick up movements

Absolutely love it

Extended delay delivery of both Mirror and bench with weights. Delivery advertised as by appointment with set up inside the room of my choice. None of that happened and the very expensive Mirror was left on a small exposed front porch, with the box hanging off the edge of the porch. Haven't set up Mirror yet, as the heavy box needs to be taken to an upstairs room when I can find some strong person to do it.

Great. Delivery was a little longer than expected but the 2 deliveries men brought it to the basement and set it up. Very pleasant .

Did not like the mirror or the return experience so far. A lot of jumping through hoops, even though I've submitted multiple and adequate images for return.

Took a bit to get delivered but worth the wait.

It was ok. Had a wait over a month for it to ship and then the shipping was weird and very like you dont really get to decide you just take time off when we tell you.

Great communication though the process.

The mirror is amazing. Awesome programs and instructors. The programs however are not geared for Seniors😞

It was awful! Didn’t receive my item as promised and paid for and am now having issues with a refund.
