for me these whitening strips had no effect. they didn't make my teeth whiter, they are exactly the same as before. immediately after I take the strips off there is a whitening effect because it is the contrast created by the purple paste in them but after I remove the paste completely, my teeth are the same as before. the strips don't stick very well to the teeth, this wouldn't be such a big problem if they worked
