Shopping experience was fine. The walker is high quality. However, it is their after-sale support that is lacking. One of the brakes
does not completely disengage, causing it to drag on the wheel. I called the 1-800 number, was on hold for over 10 minutes, then was sent to voicemail. Pelegon needs to provide a troubleshooting guide or other instructions on their website - or staff Customer Service so that phone calls can be answered promptly.
