I got a couple of things now. This is my first time dealing with you. So far, so good. This item folds which makes it easier to take with me. It’s lightweight enough that my 4 year old granddaughter can use it. I also like that the head rotates, which helps in tight spaces. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I have a reacher that folds and you can use it when it’s folded in the 90 degree angle. Might update my review after I see how durable it is.
