Finding out how to order light strip was not easy at all. The phone number in the installation instructions when to a person who said we have to get back to you. So went on line. Once I could order it was pay pal. Not happy that there weren’t other options. I’ve only had had my electric fireplace for 31/2 years and 1 light stripe went out. Seems to soon for led lights. Now I need a second light stripe because the lights on each side are different shades. Not a project I want to do but need to
