Ditto the plethora of 'Thanks for buying' / 'We think you're so great' / 'You've earned a fiver off' messages that every order triggers. Also, the online page devoted to each shoe or boot initially looks informative, but it actually doesn't tell you very much, and most of it repeats across every page.
