My order did not arrive in the time referred to on the website. Tracking showed that it was enroute with DHL. I contacted Lotus Moon and they said it was indeed on its way. However, it had been sitting somewhere for over a week before DHL "found" it and sent it expedited. FYI, communication with Lotus Moon was excellent and very helpful in this matter.
