Kit shipped with missing pieces and the solutions provided by BuildaMOC were not acceptable. Asking your customer to drive to local stores looking for the part, or asking your customer to order in the part really showed a lack of accountability for this issue. Essentially tried to shift the responsibility to fix the problem to their customer. I believe they are shipping replacement parts now but the fact that they said they previously shipped parts and actually didn't is very unprofessional.
