I've tried to return a ACE Padel for racket ball I ordered by mistake. I wanted the ACE Spade paddle for pickleball. I ordered the ACE Spade paddle also and received it separately. I requested to return the Padel, but I've had no response after 6 emails. There is no phone number to call for customer support. So I guess if you have any issues or questions just forget it. Very disappointed after my 3rd ACE Spade paddle which I really like. Just wish ACE's customer support was as good. No support.
