I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased the wrong size and requested an exchange. The team asked me to provide pictures and the reason for return, which I promptly submitted. However, despite sending several reminders, I never received any response. To this day, I have not heard back and have given up hope of getting a refund. I will not shop on this website again. Buyers should be cautious, especially if you need to make a return.
