Everything is shipped from China, but only once the order is placed. One part of my order took OVER SIX WEEKS to arrive with no communication from the company at all until I questioned where the item was. The reply I received told to me to "rest assured" it was on its way. That was SIX WEEKS after placing the order, and it hadn't even left Shanghai at that point. When I suggested it was time for a refund, they didn't even bother replying to me.
