Their products are outstanding quality!! However, I was only a little anxious about when I would receive my order. If there was an easier way to track my orders progress, that would be my only complaint. However, I am very happy with what I have purchased and intend on buying again in the future.

Easy to use shop

Took a long time for the pre-order to complete and product be shipped. It's clearly outlined, but waiting 6+ months for something is excessive.

Awesome stuff

There were some delays, but there were updates throughout.

Package arrived in good condition, however the lengthy time between submitting the order and package in hand was approx 8 months. The quality of the sweater is amazing though.

Wave orders are confusing to understand

The productes do take a while to arrive (they warn you and i was expecting it) and i can definitely see why, there is a lot of care put into the products. I was updated throughout the whole process and kept informed as to the stage of my order.

It was good, but waiting was long. I wish they planned out their outfits and drops for the season they would be ready and shipped. Why did I buy so many cardigans end of last year just to receive them in the summer and not be able to wear them?

Genreally easy to use shop. I wish the promotions were easier to understand/see when they are applied as most drops have one.

You definitely have to be patient when ordering it acts just like Kickstarter projects, where you have to wait for production and shipping and this can take a few months. But it was well worth the wait.
