I have been a Clark shoes wearer for several years. I initially ordered the shoes in my usual size, which is 4.5. They came, beautifully packed, but somehow the shoes were too big for me. I returned them, with no hassles whatsoever, and ordered a new pair of size 4. They fit. But I have not checked yet if my refund for the first pair has been done yet.
