The bike's concept is good, but the execution is poor. It's poor quality and the part is crooked. The photo shows a crooked rack. Customer service is indifferent and terrible, and it's difficult to contact them, with no feedback. But even though the part is crooked, customer service says I have to bend the rack myself, which is impossible.
