Good overall experience. There was a small issue, where I had to return an item because it was too large. I just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I contacted the store, and they told me just to order a new item at the size I wanted, and to return the other item with a note requstng a refund. Which is fine, except my original order was free shipping (I had ordered other things), but now I had to pay $22 to retrn my item, plus $8 shipping for the new item. So, $30 over the orig. amt paid.
