I am giving this 4 stars only because the folks in the stores are awesome. the online ordering has been a challenge. More than a few times my Fit food account doesn't get applied and it's hassle to get straightened out. It's harder for the folks in the store, but extremely frustrating to me. In that regard its a 2 star at best.

The staff is very friendly but I personally like to go in with my list and out quickly. They are always trying to take my meals to the counter before I’m ready and ask the same repetitive questions each time and I find it more bothersome. I know they’re trying to be overly helpful so its more me personally I would rather ask for help when I need it than have them hovering over me until I have something in my hand for them to grab.
