Flower was terrible. Very hard and crumbled into dust. Definitely didn't seem like a fresh batch. I missed customer service's email in my spam folder. They are taking it serious right now and will be making it right. I still give the flower a 1 and customer service 5. They offered a refund but they couldn't even issue a full refund. I guess they just refunded it minus the shipping. Never had a company do that before.
