Great however updates regarding shipping would have been great. I received an email confirming a date I should expect the sofa to arrive and it never arrived on that date. Didn't receive an email or notification regarding where the delivery was or if there were any delays. Spoke with the courier company who had said Rovelab needed to organise the pick up and the delay was not on the couriers end. Updates regarding delivery should be provided to customers.

Struggled to get updates on my delivery. Turned up randomly two days after the advised date. Consignment was created yet delivery company didn’t even have the goods. No advanced notice of its arrival so was lucky I was home.
Not as comfortable as I expected and I lot heavier, so not so easy for 1 person.
