IMO-Took a long time to ship. Ordered 2/16 and hair came 3/10. Using USPS to ship was off putting. I took a protective style down thinking this hair would be here in time. Ended up paying for another install until this order came. My order was so delayed once it was put into USPS hands. I prefer UPS because it is easier to locate your package especially when I am spending a lot of money, like in this case. However, the quality of the hair is 10/10! Kinda makes up for shipping experiences.
