Products arrived 5 days later than promised due to the o3 Elixirs mailing the products way too late. This is not UPS'fault. I paid for expedited shipping but never got the products on time, so I had left the hotel already when they arrived. Customer service has not answered my emails, so no help, no products, money gone. Very disappointed about the lack of service and the bad service.
