I ordered 3 pairs of shoes at once at the beginning of January. We are almost in March and there is still no sign of the rest of my order being sent. I get than it takes time to get things shipped from overseas but if you don't have something in stock then it should be marked as unavailable on the website. I'm not sure how you can get away with consumers giving you money for a product and not filling it for months.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Company
The shoes arrived with visible scuff marks and didn’t look brand new out of the box. The material felt cheap, and the fit was uncomfortable. Despite this, I didn’t ask for a full refund—instead, I requested an exchange for a different pair I was genuinely interested in.
Rather than honoring the exchange, the company emailed me claiming the shoes were “dirty” and refused to process a replacement. This is completely unacceptable
