Hey there i ordered the 20x20 grid, order number HXG434394326. I just finished installing it yesterday and powered it up. It was all lit up for about 45 minutes and then I heard a pop. Some of the lights went out, so I believe it was a Y connector that must have blown. (Connector on other side was prongless so no power was getting to that portion)
Not sure how common blown connectors are, or if I have to worry about more malfunctioning, but can I get a bunch of spare Y and angle connectors if
