they arrived at the post office with a different tracking number to what I was given. email said they had arrived but the post office did not have the tracking number I had. I sorted it out later, by telling them to look for my PO box number, as I had not received a card. all is good that ends well

Disappointed and Let Down I’m so sad to say that I’m deeply disappointed with this product. I was excited to try it, hoping it would provide relief for the symptoms it’s advertised to help with, but it has only added to my frustration. The product is not as described. It’s not plush as shown; instead, it has a hollow design with a large plastic box that requires a tiny screw to secure. This means you need a small screwdriver just to get started. After finally adding the batteries, it didn’t work at all. As an Australian supporting an Australian product, I feel ripped off. People in need are willing to invest in items like this, expecting quality and assistance, not disappointment. I even bought two, intending to help a family member, but neither product met the promises made. Shame on you for misrepresenting your product. This was a sad and regretful purchase.
