You have a great marketing team, and your Tik Tok advertising is top tier coz it certainly convinced me to buy a Waist Cooling Fan as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. Sadly it hasn't turned up - as at 24/12/2024 - and I feel like I've been scammed. I was more than disappointed to learn that even though you're an Aussie owned company, your products, rather than being in stock in Australia, are shipped directly from China. Had I known prior to purchase that international shipping was involved, I would have made a different decision because of the potential for shipping delays - I still would have bought one, just a bit later as a birthday gift when shipping times were not as important. As it is now, I probably won't make any further purchases from you.
