The breathe O’clock part was magic…straightforward and for the red panda, speedy! However, I still have not received the koala I ordered at the same time, nor received replies to my messages asking for action. The carrier seems to think the address details are incorrect ( that is the only part of the ‘tracking information’ not in Chinese) which cannot be right since I placed the order for both together. How did the red panda arrive very timely, and the koala had the wrong address? I would have expected the carrier to have returned the koala by now and perhaps Breathe O’clock might have sent it with a different carrier. Even a message to let me know that you were trying something would be less stressful. I can only reiterate with disappointment, that if the koala cannot be sent as ordered, my money should be refunded…but I would really rather have the koala because I think it might just be what my daughter needs.
