Disappointed

The website was easy to use and came before the delivery date given.

I placed an order with LENA NAIL POLISH DIRECT for two nail polishes and have not received my order. Multiple emails have been sent, and I have received no response at all. This is unacceptable customer service. Failing to deliver an order and then ignoring the customer shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I am leaving this review publicly because private communication has been ignored. I do not recommend ordering from this compa

No problems with packaging and delivery. It was quick and efficient

I like how fast the shipping gets done. I like the idea of wudhu friendly nail polish with so many modest options that don’t bring attention from others but make me feel a little bit classy and pampered. Thank you and keep improving some of your formulas. Also your kiddies options are completely not right, improve those talk to be more a peel off option that doesn’t dry within a week of opening in the bottle.

The website is so easy to navigate, and I absolutely love how all the colours are in their own category, making it super easy to find the colours you are looking for! And I love the aesthetic of the brand, the packaging of the nail polishes, and the quality, everything is incredible❤️

Quality of the nail colours is not worth it.

It was such a good experience to get the nail paints online. The colours were really nice, I loved it. The delivery was nice and quick as well.

I ordered 10 nail polishes and honestly, it’s my biggest regret. I spent over £100 and only one of the shades was decent. The rest were a complete disappointment. The quality is really poor — some of the polishes come out streaky, the colours don’t match what’s shown on the bottles, and you need at least 3 layers to see any proper colour, especially for the lighter shades. For the price I paid, I expected so much better. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here at all. Save your money!

Polish came quickly, well packaged. Love the new bottles, they look and feel more luxurious than the old bottles. I would say use real pictures of polish, because some of them not accurate. More neons please.
