Delivery was on time but that’s it.

Not used to waiting so long for delivery.

The ordering process was fine and everything arrived as expected. The hype was misleading.

Excellent expérience. Lead and harness with detachable name was delivered on time as promised.

Order came as shown in about 10 days. All seemed of good quality but not that effective.

Love it as it took the pull out of walk it does however I find the front twists to the side but trying to adjust it so it’s not too tight but tight enough not to twist to the side

Customer service was good. Wanted to send the harness and lead back but the price was continually knocked down. Ended up paying £9.99. So glad I didn’t pay full price!

The delivery took weeks. I thought I had been scammed & was being fobbed off with AI generated replies to my emails.

THE HARNESS SIZES ARE WRONG. COMMUNICATIONS ARE ZERO STARS. IVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CS. ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO SPEAK TO THEM. YOU HAVE NO PLATFORM FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS.

Part shipping delays and problem with evri. In addition the lead supplied is too long for the dog.

Getting free leads was a bonus. Also got new matching collars. Love the harness. Didn’t have to wait too long either. If they did the treat pouch in orange that would be a bonus. Keep everything matching!
