Hasn’t completely stopped the pulling

Delivery took longer than expected, I think it is shipped from overseas.

Had no issues ordering online and a speedy delivery.

Brilliant customer service

The idea of the hardness is great and for smaller lighter dogs I'm sure it probably works but I have a very strong mix of a husky/staffy and he thinks he is a train! Even with dog training, treats, that why when I saw paro pet harness I was excited. It took AGES to come through the post, over 2/3 weeks. It does fit better than other harnesses but I think it comes loose quicker, so have to keep readjusting.

Very slow delivery and I had to chase.

I did contact customer service and I received a prompt response. I find them courteous and helpful.

Didn’t fit

The harness will take some getting used to. My dog is able to 'reverse' out of it and get free. The lead is great though Nd haven't had any issues with it.
