Delivery was very slow which I was surprised about but overall good service the lead just isn't suitable for our large puppy and he is pulling more when using this lead.

Had to change the size. No return needed just had to pay the postage and they sent a different size out straight away. Can’t fault them.

Seems to ship direct from factory, maybe ?china? so took a bit of time to arrive, not helped by slightly confusing and out of sync courier messaging.

Ordered wrong size to start off with and when I emailed I was allowed to keep the original order to gift to someone else and just pay £5 delivery for the right sized one.

Long lead time for delivery, harness works well but classic lead that was free feels fairly cheap.
