Amazing when the original harness came and it didn’t fit my dog they changed it for the bigger size for me with no hassle .

The length of time from ordering to recieving the product is ridiculous.

Need to chase delivery. Then wait at least another week before despatch, and then days before you get it.

A bit sliw to arrive. The item was a bit heavy but my dog is quite deep chested so needs that size. I am hoping she will get used to it in time

I had to chase my order. I didn’t get an acknowledgment even though the money was take from my account. I didn’t receive a dispatch notice. There is room for improvement.

When i emailed to ask about delivery i received a reply the same day with an estimated delivery date. It arrived when they said it would.

Took the harness a good time to arrive but it is made well. Sturdy and comfortable on pup.

The size guide helped me order correctly, the process was easy but we did have a bit of a wait for the delivery. Contact with Customer service was quick and easy though, and the harness arrived very soon after.

Honestly I've never been one to buy anything off Facebook at all but my lab was a big puller and the amount of stop starts just wasn't getting thru the moment this arrived she understood not to pull now my shoulder don't feel like it's gonna come out 😅 walks have become so much nicer i will admit with this order it does take a while to arrive but when it does its a game changer
