I emailed to cancel on 29 Jun at 4:56 am EDT, before you opened, then chased again at 4:32 pm EDT after being ignored. Your first reply wasn’t until 30 Jun at 12:35 am EDT. Blaming your opening hours is a pathetic excuse. You had ample opportunity to cancel before dispatch. Your incompetence has wasted my time and created avoidable costs for both of us. Improve your response times.
