Again, my order was marked shipped a month before it was actually shipped (as confirmed by email when I inquired why my order hadn’t arrived). And I don’t like that I can only check my order tracking if I download yet another app. I shouldn’t have to download an app and give another third party company all my information just so I can check into the shipping status of a bra. Overall this could have been a much better experience for an item I was genuinely excited to try out.
