Shipping has room for improvement. Both of the boxes I received were damaged. I appreciated the replacement. One frame was cracked. The second box was damaged (ironically over the fragile sticker) but the picture itself was fine. Customer service was very hard to contact but helpful once I got through after trying every day for a week.
