I placed my order (#6058) on March 28, 2025, and as of today, April 25, 2025, I have yet to receive my product. This is completely unacceptable.
I have made multiple attempts to contact your company using the only communication method provided—the email address listed on your website. I sent emails on April 11, April 15, and April 23, and have not received a single response.
It is incredibly frustrating to have yet to be contacted
