I placed two orders—one was wrongly cancelled and the other arrived without my uploaded video. Uploading it was difficult, and the final result was slightly distorted. Despite emailing five times, I only got a reply after leaving a review. I paid to return the product and never heard back, needing my credit card company to secure refunds. I had hoped to be a repeat customer, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
