Item was well packaged and delivery was arranged win advance.

Originally purchased my excavator combo from Walmart. The excavator showed up with a loose hose and leaked bad. I took it apart and tightened the hose. For my inconvenience I was gifted a complete hydraulic thumb kit because mine came with a useless one. Additionally the included attachments were missing but showed up eventually after I contacted mms. Overall experience was good. So far the machine works ok. It’s not very powerful but beats a pick and shovel and allows me to take on more jobs.

It was pretty good, I never recieved an answer for if you had a 3 pump wheeled unit available. So I ended up with what I have.

The service was great, took a day or so to get answers but any questions about product or delivery were answered. Delivery was outstanding, XPO freight Company sent daily updates on shipment, called the day before delivery. Driver called with ETA on delivery. Only problem was getting excavator to the rear of trailer so it could be unloaded with the lift gate.

Great price got delvery on time

Very quick delivery and good notifications in the delivery process.

The fuel switch was left open in transit and caused fuel to enter the the oil tank. A bit tough to find, maybe if made in red or white, that would help. We recognized the issue after trying to initiate the start up, which turned over but was leading to flooding. We ended up blowing a spark plug, then we noticed we smelled fuel in the oil. We drained fluids and let sit overnight to air out and replaced the oil and spark plug. It fired up then, and so far, we like the size and ease of use only a f

Ordering was easy it come with a machical thumb but by the configration page it was suppose to have a hydraulic thump , hoses and quick coupler that they are suppose to ship to me.

Great customer support if you’re ok dealing with email. The phone was never answered but they delivered my excavator on time and in good condition, would buy again
