I was walking my dog past the market stall selling Happiest Hound gear. The young fellow popped out and chatted to my dog and I and suggested a harness for her as she was only wearing a collar. Her previous harness had been lost on a rabbit-chasing foray somewhere in the garden. He requested if he could put it on the dog - which was fine- so he did - it fitted her perfectly - and so we bought it! Simple! The guy was pleasant, helpful and good with dogs.
