I'm not sure their sizing is industry standard, and when I noted to the customer service rep that their shoe isn't actually a zero drop heel, they argued back with me saying it was. I didn't get out the calipers, but even the cutaway diagram on the webpage shows more cushion underneath the heel than under the ball of the foot.
