My initial estimate was off, and then added to. Updates were not given unless I reached out. I think they should increase their estimated timeline and make sure to update progress at each step.

I had a great experience working with this team! They really came through, and my plushie looked just like the picture I sent them. The craftsmanship was A-plus and they worked hard at getting it just the way I wanted! I will absolutely order from here again!

Time line was off paid extra for faster delivery said it be done 9 August but did not come until 2 September. I ordered it 25 July. Communication was kept with out me reaching out to ask. I thought it was a scam and was close to canceling it on my credit card. The plush buddy is good.
