Don’t get the smart hummingbird feeder if you have arthritis! And customer service was no help either. I reached out to them when I explained that I could not get the stopper out to properly clean the feeder because of my arthritis. It’s good and well stuck in there. I said that I would like to return this hummingbird feeder and maybe I would get the next version if it was easier to clean. Instead… I was sent the same version again!
