Buying the products we have purchased which is the Birdfy Feeder 2 Duo, the Birdfy Nest Duo, and the replacement feeder tray cover for our feeder were all straight forward and easy. I would have liked a little better product support when we had damage occur to our feeder cover. I kind of felt like I was getting grilled by customer service for information which I didn't like. No one is going to reach out to the company and complain about a simple part if they don't own the product.
