I never got a response from my message requesting information on the website. The support email I did get a response from only gave me a link to my order status which was no different than the one I already had. When I responded again with my concern that after a month there was no change to my order status, I was just told that there were no issues with my order and that it would arrive shortly. This was a week ago and I have yet to receive my item or see any updates in the order status page.
